    • Click on Create playlist.
    • Enter a descriptive name and summary for the playlist.
    • Choose a folder to organise the playlist, or create a new folder if necessary.
    • Set visibility permissions to control who can access the playlist.
    • If desired, send an email notification to relevant team members.
    • Click Create to finalise.
  3. Add Recordings to the Playlist:

    • Navigate to the Recordings section.
    • Select a call recording to include.
    • Click on + Add to playlist above the recording.
    • Choose the appropriate playlist and add a description if needed.
    • Adjust the start and end times to include specific segments, or add the entire recording.
    • Click Add to include the recording in the playlist.
  4. Organise Playlists into Folders:

    • In the Coaching Playlists section, click on New folder.
    • Provide a name and description for the folder.
    • Set visibility permissions as needed.
    • Click Create to establish the folder.
    • Move existing playlists into the folder by selecting the playlist, clicking on Actions > Move, and choosing the desired folder.
